It seems at long last, the nation has caught on to the benefits of the Swiss Balls
Whether for use at home or in the gym, the Togu Power Ball is ideal.
The L or XL Swiss Balls (65 or 75 cm power balls) makes an excellent
alternative to a regular chair at a standard office desk. It promotes good sitting
posture, and Debs has been using one for about 4 months, and still uses it in
preference to a regular chair.
The smaller sizes (45cm and 55 cm Swiss balls are superb for performing
crunches and other abdominal exercises, whereas the larger (65cm and 75cm Swiss
Balls are ideal for performing resistance exercises such as Fly's and shoulder
press. (Note - the Redo ball should be used for heavy weights exercises
due to it's increased loading capacity)
Our ABS Swiss balls are suitable for all traditional forms of treatment
in physiotherapy which require a ball; ergotherapy, medical based physical therapy,
back exercises, prenatal exercises, convalescence exercises, pelvic exercises

NOTE. The initial inflated size is about 10 cm smaller than the final size.
This is due to the construction material becoming more "elastic" with
